Service start times and completion times displayed on the website are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed deadlines.
We do not guarantee a specific retention rate or drop rate for followers, likes, views, or other services unless explicitly stated in the service description.
Services without a refill or replacement period are not eligible for compensation for drops after the order has been completed.
In certain circumstances, the service source or service type may be changed when necessary to complete an order, provided that the delivered service remains within the general scope of the service purchased.
All services provided through the website must be used for lawful purposes and must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

2. User Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity performed through your account. The following activities are prohibited:

The characteristics and specifications of each service are provided in its description. Users are responsible for reviewing the service description carefully before placing an order.

4. Accounts and Orders

Before placing an order, the user is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct, including the account or post URL, service ID, requested quantity, and any other information required to process the order. Followir is not responsible for orders placed using an incorrect URL, account, or other incorrect information provided by the user.

Private Accounts: The account or content targeted by a service must be public if the service description requires a public account. Orders placed for private accounts may not be deliverable and may not qualify for a refund if the service description clearly requires the account to be public.

5. Order Delivery Times

The start and completion times displayed for services are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines. Orders may be delayed due to high order volume, changes or issues on the target platform, service availability, technical updates, restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

An order being delayed does not automatically qualify for a refund as long as the order remains in progress.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified when processing has already started or the order has entered the processing stage.

If an order cannot be fully delivered due to a service-related issue, a compensatory credit may be added to the user's Followir balance, depending on the status and circumstances of the order. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and will only be processed where permitted by our refund policy and applicable law.

Non-Refundable Situations - the following may not qualify for a refund:

Incorrect URLs or order information provided by the user.
Private accounts when the service requires a public account.
Using multiple services or servers simultaneously for the same account or post when doing so affects the results.
Orders that have already been successfully delivered.
Services without a refill period when a drop occurs after completion.
Issues caused by changes, restrictions, or actions taken by the target social media platform.

Users must verify all order information before confirming an order.

7. Deposits and Payments

Once a deposit has been successfully completed and the funds have been added to the user's account, the balance becomes available for purchasing services from the website. Unused balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method unless permitted under our refund policy and applicable law.

The use of unauthorized payment methods, stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment information, or any other unauthorized payment method is strictly prohibited. Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity may result in account suspension and appropriate action regarding the related transaction.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

Followir is not responsible for results affected by the simultaneous use of multiple services on the same target.

We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including account suspension, account restrictions, content removal, removal of followers or likes, algorithm changes, or changes to platform policies. Any action taken by an external social media platform is under the control of that platform.
