3. Характер наших услуг

Followir предоставляет цифровые услуги, направленные на повышение видимости в социальных сетях и показателей вовлеченности, включая подписчиков, лайки, просмотры, комментарии и другие услуги по повышению вовлеченности, перечисленные на сайте.

Если в названии или описании услуги явно не указано иное, некоторые услуги могут использовать неорганическое или искусственное вовлечение пользователей либо искусственные аккаунты. Мы не гарантируем, что подписчики, лайки, просмотры или другие показатели вовлечения, предоставляемые в рамках наших услуг, приведут к подлинному, постоянному или непрерывному взаимодействию с вашим контентом.

Характеристики и технические данные каждой услуги приведены в её описании. Пользователи обязаны внимательно ознакомиться с описанием услуги перед оформлением заказа.

4. Счета и заказы

Перед оформлением заказа пользователь обязан убедиться в правильности всей предоставленной информации, включая URL-адрес аккаунта или публикации, идентификатор услуги, запрашиваемое количество и любую другую информацию, необходимую для обработки заказа. Followir не несет ответственности за заказы, оформленные с использованием неверного URL-адреса, аккаунта или иной неверной информации, предоставленной пользователем.

Личные аккаунты: Аккаунт или контент, на который ориентирована услуга, должен быть общедоступным, если в описании услуги указано требование об общедоступности аккаунта. Заказы, размещенные для закрытых аккаунтов, могут оказаться невозможными к выполнению и не подлежать возврату средств, если в описании услуги четко указано, что аккаунт должен быть общедоступным.

5. Сроки доставки заказов

The start and completion times displayed for services are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines. Orders may be delayed due to high order volume, changes or issues on the target platform, service availability, technical updates, restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

An order being delayed does not automatically qualify for a refund as long as the order remains in progress.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified when processing has already started or the order has entered the processing stage.

If an order cannot be fully delivered due to a service-related issue, a compensatory credit may be added to the user's Followir balance, depending on the status and circumstances of the order. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and will only be processed where permitted by our refund policy and applicable law.

Non-Refundable Situations - the following may not qualify for a refund:

• Incorrect URLs or order information provided by the user.
• Private accounts when the service requires a public account.
• Using multiple services or servers simultaneously for the same account or post when doing so affects the results.
• Orders that have already been successfully delivered.
• Services without a refill period when a drop occurs after completion.
• Issues caused by changes, restrictions, or actions taken by the target social media platform.

Users must verify all order information before confirming an order.

7. Deposits and Payments

Once a deposit has been successfully completed and the funds have been added to the user's account, the balance becomes available for purchasing services from the website. Unused balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded to the original payment method unless permitted under our refund policy and applicable law.

The use of unauthorized payment methods, stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment information, or any other unauthorized payment method is strictly prohibited. Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity may result in account suspension and appropriate action regarding the related transaction.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with a payment or order, you should contact our support team first and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Payment or order disputes should be handled through the available support procedures and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Fraudulent activity or intentional abuse of payment systems may result in account suspension and further appropriate action.

9. Using Multiple Services for the Same Account

We do not recommend using multiple servers or services simultaneously for the same account, post, or target when the services provide the same type of engagement. Doing so may cause inconsistent results or make it difficult to accurately determine the quantity delivered by each service.

Followir is not responsible for results affected by the simultaneous use of multiple services on the same target.

10. Prohibited Content

The website and its services must not be used for illegal activities or activities involving content that violates applicable laws or the policies of the targeted social media platforms. The following types of content are prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Unlawful sexual content or prohibited nudity.
• Illegal content.
• Fraud or identity impersonation.

11. Disclaimer

Services are provided based on the features, specifications, and information stated in the relevant service description. Followir does not guarantee the continued availability of any service or the continuation of the same prices, specifications, or results in the future.

We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party social media platforms, including account suspension, account restrictions, content removal, removal of followers or likes, algorithm changes, or changes to platform policies. Any action taken by an external social media platform is under the control of that platform.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We take user privacy seriously. Information provided by users is used only to the extent necessary to operate accounts, process orders, provide services, and offer customer support.

We do not sell or rent users' personal information to third parties for unauthorized commercial purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
