This Privacy Policy explains what information Followir ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and API, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: username, email address, and your password. Passwords are stored in hashed form, never in plain text. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Order details: the links, usernames, quantities and services you submit, plus order history and status.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment partners (Stripe for cards, and crypto gateways). We receive the payment status, amount and a transaction reference. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Support messages: tickets and messages you send us, including any order numbers you mention.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and API request logs. We use this to keep the service secure and to investigate abuse.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and process your orders.
- To process payments, add funds to your balance, and prevent fraud.
- To send service emails such as verification, order status, password reset and security alerts.
- To answer support requests and improve the service.
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the site and its users.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
- Service providers that fulfil your orders: they receive only what is needed to deliver the order, such as the public link or username you submitted.
- Payment processors: to complete deposits and detect fraud.
- Infrastructure and email providers: hosting, email delivery, and bot protection (CAPTCHA) services.
- Authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work: your login session, security (CSRF) tokens, and your preferences such as language, currency and theme. We do not use cookies to sell your data. Your session ends automatically after 30 minutes without activity.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, dispute handling and security. Technical logs are kept for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
6. Security
We protect data with HTTPS, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, API key controls with IP whitelisting, and automatic logout after inactivity. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your API key private.
7. Your choices
- Update your account details from your account settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by contacting support.
- Turn on two-factor authentication and regenerate your API key at any time.
8. Children
Our service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
